Faith Bebbington is a sculptor who has over 10 years experience of working with people in a range of health care, social, educational and community settings.
Faith also has experience of creating sculptures for the public domain. This experience has increased her technical knowledge and expertise and a thorough understanding of issues involved in working to commission.
Many of Faith's sculptures are figurative. She strives for dynamism and fluidity in her work. Recently inspiration has been from 'free running', the extreme sport of running and climbing over urban buildings and structures. The figures are purposely genderless and set in space, so the viewer focuses more on the action or movement of the figure. Faith uses fibreglass resin to create her sculptures. Recent work includes workshops with service users at Leighton Hospital as part of Mental Health Week.
