June Heap

June Heap is a textile artist, who explores a variety of materials and techniques as well as combining visual images with other art forms such as writing and performance. Often her work is autobiographical, telling stories of her own or other people's experiences and sometimes her pieces include words and text. June has collaborated with others on community projects, residencies and commissions and also produces her own work for exhibition.
