Clare Hudman

Clare Hudman is a stained glass artist who uses silver staining and painting, fired in the kiln for permanence as well as acid etching. Her work varies in style but always takes into account the lines, colours and the way these work in cohesion with their surroundings. Clare was an Occupational Therapist before becoming an artist. Her recent artworks for the new Gloucester Royal Hospital were produced using images generated by local children at a primary school and staff form the Dermatology Department. Clare has also produced three commissions for local schools in Gloucestershire - all 70 children from one school were involved in the design process through practical workshops.
