Heidi Morstang

Heidi Morstang is an artist/Photographer specialising in still and moving image, using both digital and 'traditional' techniques.

During the last ten years she has been exhibiting work in various galleries in the UK and Europe. Her approach to creating works often centres around having a close dialogue with people in order to gain background knowledge of a subject; the subject often explores humanistic and psychological issues.

Since February 2003, Heidi has worked as an artist in residence at St Luke’s Hospice in Basildon and St Margaret's Somerset Hospice with the artist led organisation 'Rosetta Life' where she collaborates with terminally ill people to make digital videos, Photographs, sound recordings and other creative media to explore their stories and then share these creatively with their families or a greater community on the internet.
