North Somerset

AWP has planned capital developments of approximately £72 million across a series of new building developments in Avon. These will all be complete by November 2006. The building developments are being carried out through a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) partnership with Ryhurst. There are 15 new units across 4 locality sites. 7 artwork commissions were installed on this site (link to Artworks-North Somerset page).

• The new developments in North Somerset are located across 3 sites:
• Long Fox Unit - Older Adult inpatients (25 beds) on the Weston General Hospital site
• Elmham Way Rehabilitation House at Locking Castle
• Coast Resource Centre for Adults and Older Adults at Locking Castle

• Medium Secure Services
• Callington Road
• North Somerset
• South Gloucestershire
• Private Finance Initiative
